Elliot's career spans entrepreneurship, technology, investment management, and the management of private investment entities.
Entrepreneurial & Technology Background
Elliot graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science.
In 1976, he founded Goldata Information Services, Inc., beginning a career as an entrepreneur in computer consulting and software. He later established Goldata Computer Services, Inc., which he developed as a technology and consulting business.
Investment Management Background
In 2005, Elliot transitioned into professional investment management when Goldata Computer Services registered in Pennsylvania as a Registered Investment Adviser under the name Goldata Financial.
Goldata Financial focused on helping clients pursue their financial objectives through investments in publicly traded securities. The firm's Pennsylvania investment adviser registration was terminated on June 30, 2022.
Private Investment Entity Experience
Before forming MABLE Holdings, Elliot managed several affiliated private investment entities.
Elliot has managed affiliated investment entities including 275 Funding, LLC, 1931 Funding, LLC, 803 Funding, LLC, 567 Funding, LLC, and 442 Funding, LLC. These entities have made all required principal and interest payments to their Note Holders when due.

567 Funding, LLC and 442 Funding, LLC have fully satisfied their obligations to Note Holders and have been dissolved. The other entities referenced above are in wind-down and are not accepting new Note Holders.

Elliot's Role at MABLE Holdings
As Manager, Elliot is responsible for the overall direction and oversight of MABLE Holdings.
Investment Oversight
Overseeing the deployment of MABLE Holdings capital and monitoring portfolio performance.
Risk Management
Monitoring diversification, cash flows, repayment performance, and the risks associated with the HICCA strategy.
Investor Communication
Providing investors with information about MABLE Holdings, its strategy, and the performance of their Notes.
