Elliot Goldberg was born in New York City in 1952 and raised in Rockland County, New York. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science.
In March 1975, he founded Goldata Information Services, Inc., a New York–based computer consulting firm. Following his marriage in 1980, he relocated to the western suburbs of Philadelphia, where he established Goldata Computer Services, Inc. (GCSI), growing it into a successful computer consulting and software company.
In 2005, Elliot transitioned into investment management by registering GCSI as a Registered Investment Advisor in Pennsylvania under the name Goldata Financial. The firm focused on assisting clients in achieving their financial objectives through investments in publicly traded securities. Goldata Financial terminated its RIA registration on June 30, 2022.At MABLE Holdings, LLC, Elliot applies his 8+ years of experience of managing multiple cash advance entities, including 275 Funding, LLC, 1931 Funding, LLC, 803 Funding, LLC, 567 Funding, LLC, and 442 Funding, LLC. These entities have made all required principal and interest payments to their Note Holders when due.
Both 567 Funding, LLC and 442 Funding, LLC have fully satisfied all obligations to Note Holders and have since been dissolved. The remaining entities—275 Funding, LLC, 1931 Funding, LLC, and 803 Funding, LLC—are currently in winddown and are not accepting new Note Holders; each is expected to be dissolved upon the maturity of its outstanding Notes.
Elliot is responsible for the management of MABLE Holdings, LLC and for overseeing the orderly wind-down of the aforementioned entities. He resides in Boca Raton, Florida with his spouse and is the father of two adult children and a grandfather of two. He can be reached at (610) 999-3599.
